The Challenge
We were looking for a new supplier because of problems we were having with the supplier we were using.
The Solution
I came across Springpack having dealt with them in my previous employment, and had a good working relationship with them. Springpack offer sufficient advice and if we need something out of the ordinary, then someone will come down to see us to try to work out a solution with us on-site.
The Result
Working with Springpack is a very satisfying experience, nice and friendly staff who are very knowledgeable about their product and are all easy to talk to especially with sorting out any problems. For what we require, everything works above and beyond especially on the next day delivery.
There was a time when we needed some euro tops and trays urgently and one of your advisors put them in a car and delivered them to us within the hour! We have never had any problems with the packaging goods at Springpack.
